Almost everything is perfect. My only two grips at all are the tread doesn't seem to be as durable as I'd like (I'm a post man for frame of referance) and after just a couple hundred miles I've noticed significant wear (streets are hard on tread though) and niether the normal or replacement inserts are great, though as a postal worker I replace my inserts every 6 weeks. They run a little on the heavy side and can be a little hot in hot weather, but that's simply something to be expected in real work boots, and certainly aren't as heavy as steel toe. I've already bought a second pair to rotate back and forth. For boots they have phenominal traction on all surfaces (while the tread lasts).
