Construction: These sturdy boots have arch support, which is important to me as I am prone to plantar fasciitis. They are well-insulated and have a thick sole, so I will not feel every rock I step on while wearing these. I ordered these along with boots from three other major brands, all of which paled in comparison in terms of quality. These will last for years.Fit: There is a gap between the boot opening and my leg, which is reasonable since they are slip-on. They are loose around my leg and ankle; again, the slip-on styling makes this inevitable. I ordered my usual size; my foot slides slightly from front to back in the shoe as I walk, so I would say the length of the foot bed seems longer than expected. However, the toe box is slightly narrower than I expected, so I would not size down.Overall: To me, the quality construction and arch support make up for imperfections in the fit.Other: Made in China.ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE! I get so many compliments on them. I just wanted a warm, practical, office-shoveling winter boot for New England winters and these fit the bill beautifully. I was worried about the fit, some reviews say they are not tts, but I am almost always a size 9B and the 9 regular is perfect. I’d say they are slightly roomy but not overly so. I could wear thicker socks if I wanted but also perfectly comfortable in regular socks. The calf is on the narrow side, but still okay. I am 5’9, size 6-8, with athletic legs. Great purchase, comfortable/supportive, sturdy, warm, waterproof and fashionable!I got these boots for walking the dog, walking in cold weather to work, etc. They're nice looking boots and I'll probably wear them just out and around as well. The shaft is a grayish-brown suede that contrasts with the brown leather "shoe" of the boot itself. And the fleece lining is visible just above the top of the boot, so it gives the boot a little more style.Ariats fit my feet--narrow heel and broad across the ball of the foot. These boots fit with wool socks, so there's some room to wiggle the toes. I bought my usual size and they fit well.warm and run true to size. I have big calves and they fit - but barely. I wish they made them a half inch wider so it wouldn’t be an issue. I’ve worn them in the rain and mud working outside and rinsed them off when I’m done and they look brand new.Very comfortable boot, bought because a girl that works at the same barn as me has had them for 3 years through working in snow so I decided to give them a shot, and I absolutely love them, I’ve already walked through muddy fields and streams and so far they keep my feet warm, dry and comfortable :)Wow, these boots are the bomb! I have tried many socks trying to keep my feet warm while riding in the winter with no success. I ride in very cold temperatures and these boots keep my feet warm.
