These are my first pair of safety shoes in a new work environment that requires a lot more walking and they are great. Out of box they are very comfortable, but if you are on your feet for long hours, I recommend gel heel supports or insoles, since the soles are fairly flat.The asymmetrical aluminum toe cup is spectacular, no more squished pinky toes. They come with rubber cinch laces, which are great if you swap out your shoes to drive, but they also have traditional laces you can swap out. The safety reflectors are great if you have to guide a box truck 200 yards down an alley and out onto a busy throughway at night. Slip resistant soles excellent on toeboards of forklifts and liftgates, even in the rain.I've worn these at my new job for over 200 hours with no shifts shorter than 8 hours and they are wonderful.
