Merrell Women's Encore MOC PRO LAB-W Work Shoes - Slip-Resistant & Comfortable Nursing Shoes for Healthcare Workers & Restaurant Staff

I love my Merrell hiking shoes so I thought I'd try these for work. I'm a nurse, working 12 hour shifts. I'm on my feet for the entire 12 hours so I need a shoe that is not only comfortable but also has a lot of support. This shoe fits very tight and by the end of a shift the top of my feet hurt from the lack of stretch in the shoe, not the most comfortable shoe. They do have a great deal of support, but I'm not willing to forgo comfort. They are not the most durable shoes I've ever owned either. I've been wearing them for only a few months and they already have a hole in the top of the shoe. I will not purchase this brand of shoes for work again. Very disappointed.I love these shoes for working in a burger joint like I do. if someone spills grease or oil I'm fine to just walk right through it'll slip or fall love the Sure Grip. They are tight in the width, but breaking them in helps.This shoe was very comfortable right out of the box. The color looks gray to me but the design on the shoe is nice. If I had one gripe it would be about the color.I was hoping for a much better quality shoe. When I received these shoes the top covering was peeling off. I'm disappointed that the seller would even think this was a product worth selling - especially when it cost $100+. And I'm disappointed in Merrell. Some of the best shoes I own are Merrell but they need to go back to the drawing board on these.Not as expectedThese shoes are comfortable but do run a little small. I usually wear a 7 1/2 and ordered the 8 based on other reviews, they fit great.I have always been a fan of Merrell. However, after having these shoes for only one month the toe started separating from the sole. Not Merrell quality.It is small, I should've ordered half-inch larger. It needs to be break-in
