I love ariat. I own 4 pairs and I only started wearing ariat this year.However. ... These boots were previously shipped, and likely returned. They are scuffed and damaged even if the tags are still on. I would be extremely angry paying $200 for a gift and they came this way.However, I am going to keep them, because they are for me and I am putting them in the mud.... and I dont want my feet to freeze waiting for an exchange. I am still disappointed tho.... returns should be checked before being re-shipped at full price. If I had wanted them to be nicer, in a factory or for the look.... This would be a major no-go.
