I've had a lot of Keen shoes over years...sandals, hiking boots, fashion boots, and work boots and I typically take a 7.5 in all of those and that's what I wear in these. Very lightweight and comfortable and minimal break in period. Happy with my purchase.I work in the woods tracking through mud, rocky areas, uneven surfaces, and can easily have to walk several miles in a day. These are very light weight and easy to wear all day. Comfortable.I am a size 8.5 but I usually size up to a 9 in certain boots and sneakers because my feet are just a little bit wider than normal and my one foot is bigger than the other. I have a pair of size 9 Keen hiking boots that are the tiniest bit snug so I ordered the 9 in these and they’re definitely wider/bigger than my hiking boots. I work in natural resources so the most I’m doing is walking or bending over and they’re nice, but I would stick to your normal size.Great looking boots! Very well made but just not wide enough nor enough ankle support as an 8” high boot so I returned them.I work as a park ranger, so my job entails many different kids of work. These boots are great to hike in, work in the shop, have good tread, and aren’t too sweaty. They barely took anytime to get broke into as well. Would definitely recommend!I tend to be very hard on my boots ,especially working in the rain ,or cleaning them off at the end of the day.Even though these boots are waterproof, they will reward you for many years if you take the extra step and seal the leather first. . Amazon sells some great sealers also.My 1st pair lasted 2 yrs I wear them 42 plus hrs a week 12 hr shifts and my feet never hurt. I have planterphasitits. I had purchased Redwing and it was 90 days and they had broke down and hurt my feet most days.Excellent pair of boots. Great ankle support and I come home with zero foot pain. Wonderful for anyone who is on concrete floors all day who needs to wear safety boots. I'm a 5W, so finding work boots is a challenge for me. These are aweome!! ❤
