After reading reviews I ordered a size 8. I typically wear a 7.5. The shoe does run small as stated in previous reviews. I was skeptical, but they fit great. The shoe is perfect if you are on your feet at work all day. The cushion is perfect for shock absorption. I work at the hospital and server at night. These shoes are perfect as my feet were beginning to hurt badly. They are also no slip!
