It’s narrow in the arch area of the foot and is a loose fit. My normal size is 8.5 and I ordered a size 8. Still loose fit, so I added a Z-Liner insole on top of the one that came with it. Now, it fits perfectly. With the thick outsoles, it adds about 1.5 - 2 inches to your height. I definitely recommend these shoes and I think they will last a good long time as work shoes.
